MEMS Design and Reliability Concepts Short Course

Registrations are now being accepted for the Design and Reliability Concepts Short Course, to be held June 18-20, 2008. The Sandia MEMS Design and Reliability Concepts Short Course equips participants to successfully design MEMS devices to be fabricated using the SUMMiT V™ Process. MEMS Application
Description:



The registration fee is $ 2000 per person. This includes course notes and CD, workshops, luncheons, and refreshments. Registration is limited to the first 18 to submit payment. We will hold your registration for 10 days to allow time for your payment to arrive. Cancellations occurring less than two weeks prior to the first day of the course will be subject to a $ 100 cancellation fee.
