The course introduces MEMS, the SUMMiT V™ Process and information relevant to micromachine design and fabrication. NOTE: Course tuition is $1500 per attendee. MEMS Application Description:
The registration fee is $ 1500 per person. This includes course notes and CD, workshops, luncheons, and refreshments. Registration is limited to the first 30 to submit payment. We will hold your registration for 10 days to allow time for your payment to arrive. Cancellations occurring less than two weeks prior to the first day of the course will be subject to a $ 100 cancellation fee. Please mail payments to the following address:
